How to Order

We've tried to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible.

Searching for Books

You can search for book by title, ISBN number or any word that might be in its description by using the Search box in the right-hand column of each page. For best results, try keeping your search terms simple.

Browsing for Books

You can click on the row of pictures near the top of each page to browse our books by topic. Some books may be listed under more than one topic. You can also browse through our catalogue by series by scrolling through the Series List found on most pages. You can then page through the different series by using the 'previous' and 'next' links. Finally, if you are looking for books aimed at a certain age group, you can use the 'Search by Age' list found on the home page.

Purchasing Books

When you find a book you wish to buy click the “Add to Cart” button to add the title to your shopping cart. The title will be displayed in the Shopping Cart section (in the right-hand column of most pages) together with its price. You will also see a Shopping Cart status line at the top right of each page. To make changes to your shopping cart or to purchase your order, click on either this status line or on the green 'Cart' button where you will see 'Your Shopping Cart.'

To delete an item from your shopping cart, tick the 'Delete' box in the right-most column. You can also change the quantity of any item by editing the number in the 'Quantity' box. You must then click the 'Re-calculate' button to see your changes.

If everything is in order, you can click on the 'Check Out' button to go to the Shipping Information page where you must fill in your delivery address. Clicking on the 'Finish Order' button will then take you to the WorldPay secure server where you choose your payment method and enter your credit card details. After submitting your order, you will receive e-mail messages (from WorldPay and Top That) notifying you that we have received your order. You will also receive an e-mail message from Top That when your order has been shipped.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are as follows:
United Kingdom (Wales, Scotland, England and Norther Ireland): £2.95
United Kingdom orders of £25 GPB or more: Free!
European Countries: £5.95.
All other destinations: £10.95.

Shipping charges are subject to change without notice (but will always be indicated on the Shipping Information page during checkout).

Delivery Info

Top That Kids uses First Class mail for delivery within the U.K. and international shipping around the globe.

Items will ship within 2-3 business days with standard shipping. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not begin processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Returns Policy

Top That! Kids offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service department and we will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Safety Statement

At Top That! the issue of safety is taken very seriously. It is our aim to be proactive by liaising with government bodies and trading standards, and we have excellent relationships with UK and overseas testing houses. We also have a dedicated full-time safety coordinator, who undertakes and documents full risk assessments on all components included with our titles. After evaluation and where appropriate, the components will be tested to ensure that they conform to the EN71 European standard, ASTM USA standard and GPS standards.

Safety test reports are available upon request.

Additional testing can be undertaken in order to comply with client/country specific safety standards.

We have an ethical sourcing policy.

Privacy

Because we use WorldPay to process our orders, we never receive your credit card details. Credit card information is encrypted and processed on WorldPay's secure servers. Top That only receives delivery details and payment notification. Your e-mail address is useful should we encounter a problem with your order.

We do not sell mailing lists to other companies, or divulge any of your personal details to other companies or individuals.
